Ensuring Likeness Voice and Image Security Act (ELVIS Act)

Protects individuals' voice and likeness from unauthorized use by artificial intelligence. Amends Tennessee's existing right of publicity law to explicitly cover AI-generated replicas of a person's voice. Named the ELVIS Act in recognition of Tennessee's music heritage.
